Notary appointments and charges
Signers must provide acceptable identification and meet applicable requirements. A traditional notarial act may cost up to $10 and an online notarial act may cost up to $25. Travel, convenience, technology, platform, after-hours, priority, printing, scanback, and signing-agent charges are separate when applicable and disclosed before confirmation. The number of notarial acts may differ from the number of documents or signatures.
Remote online notarization
Online eligibility depends on the document, signer, identification, transaction, receiving party, and applicable requirements. An online session is not promised for every document, signer, state, country, or receiving organization.
Business services
HoneyBook builds, operations support, projects, and strategy engagements are governed by the scope, fees, payment terms, and timeline in the applicable proposal or agreement.
